Born in Kanagawa in 1983, Takayuki Moriya started as a video producer and later became a producer at Eureka, running Paris. He founded his own business in his 20s. Takayuki established Blueto, a company with diverse ventures in web, app, XR, AI development, and 5G production. In 2018, he created imma, Asia’s first virtual human, and founded Aww. Within a year, they were featured in over 8,000 media outlets across 60 countries and reached 3 million followers, solidifying the Virtual Human business.
In 2020, imma was selected as one of Forbes Women’s “100 Women,” and Takayuki was named one of WWD’s “10 People of the Year.” Later, he produced video content for the Paralympic closing ceremony, where imma also appeared. In 2022, he was chosen as a selection committee member for the 2025 International Expo mascot.
