Chih-Shan Luo is the Managing Director of FinTechSpace, Taiwan’s first official and biggest government-backed fintech hub. She is also the director in Fintech centre of Institute for Information Industry, an ICT-focus think tank of Taiwan government. 

Shan has been served as an innovative startup coach and new business strategist in ICT industry for over a decade, and was the program founder of IDEAS Show, the first web2.0 accelerator program. She is dedicated to build up tech-based innovation ecosystem and promote digital economy for Taiwan.
