Poseidon Ho is from Taiwan. In 2016, he started Outliers as a special interest group on SciFi-inspired research at MIT and Outliers Fund as an early-stage venture fund to back scientist-led ventures with scientific research and collective intelligence.  Outliers Fund I/II have each returned over 16/11x, and Outliers Fund III is expected to be higher. In the next 10 years, Poseidon will be running Outliers Fund IV as a $200M deep tech venture fund and Outliers Fellowship as a young scientist program to identify, connect, and amplify the impact of the next generation of Nikola Teslas.
