June Ou is the Co-Founder and COO of Figure, where she oversees the firm’s operations and strategic direction. 

Prior to Figure, June was the CTO of SoFi where she led all executive decisions with regard to the technological interests of the company, outlining vision and strategies and ensuring the tech resources aligned with the company’s business needs. Prior to that role, she was the CEO and Founder of CCO Solutions, and the VP of Engineering at Finaplex. June holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from UCSC, and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business where she was a Sloan Fellow.
