Jerry Li has 25 years of experience in risk management and business development in financial markets. He was the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank A.G. (DB) for 13 years, leading the Fixed Income and Currencies Desk for Greater China. In 2022, he voluntarily retired from Deutsche Bank to establish Term Structure, the first fixed-rate and fixed-term borrowing and lending platform powered by a custom ZK solution, Zk-Trueup. Recognizing the critical role of fixed-income markets in decentralized finance, he is dedicated to contributing to a more robust Web 3.0 community through his innovative endeavors. Jerry hold master degrees in both Financial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
