As a former district court judge, General Counsel of the IBM Greater China Group, and Minister of Taiwan overseeing cross-ministry digital policies, Jaclyn brings a wealth of experience to her role. As a Partner at Lee, Tsai & Partners, a firm she co-founded in 1998, she specializes in providing legal advice to technology companies, leveraging her deep understanding of clients’ industries. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between technology and law. Serving as the Honorary Chairwoman of the Taiwan FinTech Association (TFTA), Jaclyn is dedicated to making Taiwan a Fintech-friendly jurisdiction by educating the community on Fintech issues and advocating for balanced regulatory oversight. Additionally, she has founded the Taiwan Women on Boards Association (WOB) to promote gender diversity in leadership roles, where she currently serves as the honorary Chairwoman, mentoring and empowering the next generation of female leaders alongside top women business leaders in Taiwan.
