Hsu-Chuan Li is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse experience across the U.S., China, and Europe. Originally from Taiwan and U.S.-educated, he has led internet, F&B, and web3 startups. Hsu-Chuan helped build Groupon China, opened restaurants in Beijing, and headed operations at a scooter startup. He now focuses on blockchain and crypto, founding the Beijing Chapter of OffChain and building communities throughout the APAC region.
