Darren Wang, the Founder and CEO of OwlTing Group, Darren earned his master’s degree in electrical engineering from Boston University, where he pursued advanced studies under the sagacious mentorship of Prof. Lev Levitin, the eminent progenitor of the Margolus–Levitin theorem.
Mr. Wang’s judicious investment portfolio boasts a remarkable array of ventures, including the MaiCoin Group (Taiwan’s foremost cryptocurrency exchange), BlockSeer (now under acquisition), 
Yokai Express (a robotic ramen vending system), I.X. (a vanguard in cybersecurity solutions), Lubn, Aetheras (a public blockchain tailored for gaming), MomentX, and TeSA Taiwan, among others.
In the auspicious year of 2010, Mr. Wang embarked on the founding of OwlTing Group, an initiative that has since garnered over 50 million USD in funding, including significant backing from SBI Holdings of Japan as of 2023. In 2021, OwlTing proudly welcomed Mr. Meyer S. (Sandy) Frucher, the esteemed former Vice Chairman of Nasdaq, to its esteemed board of directors. Subsequently, in the year 2022, OwlTing Group was bestowed with the prestigious honor of being recognized as one of Taiwan’s Top 10 Emerging Giants, a distinction heralded in the “Emerging Giants in Asia Pacific” report jointly released by KPMG and HSBC.
