Claire Calmejane draws on extensive international leadership experience across the US, UK, Netherlands, and France. As Group Chief Innovation Officer at Societe Generale, she spearheaded AI initiatives aiming to deliver €500 million by 2025, increased digital sales from 3% to 30%, and founded SG Ventures with a €400 million investment focus. At Lloyds Banking Group, she laid the groundwork for online banking, initiated the LBG Innovation Labs and led risk transformation. A staunch advocate for diversity in STEM, Claire supports women in tech through mentoring and investments at LEIA Capital. She holds an IT engineering degree from EPITA and a master’s from HEC, supplemented by research at MIT. She is the founder of CAILEG a PE advisory and investment firm.
