Ching Tseng, Principal at AppWorks. Ching began her career at AppWorks in 2015. As an Analyst, she supported CHOCO TV’s journey from Series A to its acquisition by LINE. In 2019, Ching was promoted to Associate, where she helped AppWorks venture into the blockchain industry by recruiting passionate founders and fostering a growing web3 ecosystem. In 2022, Ching was promoted to Principal, leading the web3 arm at AppWorks. AppWorks made notable investments in projects such as Dapper Labs, Flow, Animoca, Figment, and Karpatkey.
