With 12 years of working experience, she has worked in the investment banking department of Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd, Anton Oilfield Services Group and the post-investment management department of KKR Investment Advisory Ltd. In the meanwhile, she has also served as an independent director of a listed company and a financial consultant to National Olympic Asset Management Company.
At present, she is a researcher of the Global M&A and Restructuring Research Center of the National Finance Institute of Tsinghua University.
